Send automated messages to drivers based on location, behaviour or time to improve communication, safety and data quality.

When a driver submits a delivery notification at the wrong location or without waiting, an automatic question appears on the MDT. For example:
‘You are not at the agreed location. Do you want to continue with the delivery notification?’
The driver chooses one of the predefined answers. This reduces misunderstandings and ensures that your data remains clear and reliable for clients.
Vehicles that are stationary for long periods of time can disrupt your planning. Thanks to the location and time data from the MDT, the system automatically detects when a vehicle has been stationary for too long. Based on your settings, the driver will then receive a message asking why they are stationary.
This allows you to quickly find out what is going on and, if necessary, take immediate action.
The possibilities go beyond idle alerts and downtime alone. Consider, for example:
Collective labour agreement-compliant breaks
Let drivers automatically choose: ‘Take a break now or drive another trip?’ This helps them comply with the collective labour agreement, without extra pressure or manual supervision.
Shift started too early?
Have the system automatically send a notification if a shift starts before the scheduled time. This keeps your administration accurate and allows you to make timely adjustments.
Safety on the road
Alert drivers to dangerous traffic situations or delays in their area, so they don't encounter any surprises.
This new feature is fully configurable based on your work processes, collective labour agreement provisions, contract terms and safety guidelines. You decide when, how and which messages appear, exactly as you need them.
This allows you to get the most out of your MDT: more efficient for the control centre, more pleasant for the driver and more reliable for the client.
